RT8068A 是高效率的同步降壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，可在 2.7V~5.5V 輸入電壓範圍內工作，輸出在 0.6V~VIN 之間可調的電壓，最大可輸出 3A 的電流。因為使用了內部同步的低導通電阻功率開關，在得到高效率的同時還無需使用外部蕭基二極體。開關切換的工作頻率是固定的 1MHz，可達100%的責任週期使之可以工作在低壓差狀態，因而擴展了可擕式應用中的電池使用時間。使用內部補償的電流模式控制架構賦予其優化的瞬態回應特性，可在寬闊的負載範圍和輸出電容下工作。RT8061A 的封裝是 WDFN-10L 3x3 和 SOP-8（含有散熱焊盤）。
